Point Specimen at a Google Drive folder, a Dropbox shared link, or a local folder. It digs through subfolders and zip files, reads each font's real name tables, collapses TTF/OTF/WOFF duplicates into one card per family, and lets you type live previews — then download just the ones you want.

Settings

Google Drive

Public “anyone with the link” folders only need a free Google API key (no OAuth). Create one: new project → enable Google Drive API → Credentials → API key.

Dropbox

Dropbox needs an access token even for public links. Either paste a token (Dropbox App Console → Generate), or enter your Dropbox app key and connect — the app must have sharing.read + files.content.read scopes and this page's URL as a redirect URI.
